Due to health and safety, some products can not be returned because of health reasons. Please inquire prior to purchasing.

All perfumes that we sell are 100% real authentic brand name perfumes. We do not sell imitations or knock offs. We stand 100% behind this claim. If for any reason you are not satisfied with what you receive then you have the right to return it within the listings refund statement days of receipt and we will give you a full refund for your item minus the shipping charge.

If you would like to return an item it must be in it's original packaging, unopened and unused. Sorry but we cannot accept returns for opened items. Before you return your item you must get a Return Authorization Number (RMA #) from us.  The buyer pays the return shipping costs.

We will refund you the item cost minus shipping costs.  In the event the item has free shipping for you there is a 25% restocking fee involved so you will only get 75% refund back.  Buyer still pays return shipping.

Refunds or exchanges are processed after the item has been delivered back to us and can take anywhere between 4-22 business days for a refund to be issued.

Most of our apparel products are custom made for you when you order, and might not be able to be returned because of this.  Many of our non-custom apparal products also have a 10-25% restocking fee.  Customized special order apparel products cannot be returned.

Any items received without RMA will be returned to the sender. We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake (Because it does happen). Please do not assume a mistake is intentional and please try to resolve the issue with us before leaving a negative feedback. Let us know if our service could be better!!
