There was a single issue with one of the cables being the wrong type. I notified them, they responded immediately and offered a discount on my order ($25 for a $100 order) more than double the replacement cost from another vendor (I ordered a replacement for $12). Excellent vendor, cannot possibly recommend more highly.

Fantastic computer. Even better than described, almost mint condition. Works perfectly. Packaging was laptop specific box with a supper thick air cushion laptop sleeve inside, so no way this was getting damaged short of the UPS truck running over it. Great communication from seller on shipping and very fast ship time from order placement to ship date. Transaction could not have gone better and I could not be happier.
