Q. How do I contact you via telephone?

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. For paper items (invitations, bookmarks, recipe cards,etc.) you will receive a Proof via e-mail within 24 hours of payment and personalization receipt. Once your approval for your Proof is received, printing will begin and your item will be shipped within 2-3 days via USPS Priority Mail w/delivery confirmation.
For Stationery your item will ship within 2-3 days from date of payment.
For Keepsake boxes your item will ship within 4-6 days from date of payment.
For Favor Boxes your item will ship within 10-14 days from date of payment.
Q. I like a design sampled on one of your invitations but don't see it sampled on any of the favors in your store. Do you use this particular design on favors?
A. Samples are not shown in every design ~ please keep in mind that all of my designs can be placed on any item!
Q. I would love to have a personal sketch done from a photograph of my daughter for my invitations, do you do that?
A. Absolutely! Simply e-mail or mail your photograph to me (it will be returned!). A non-refundable fee of $25 will apply and is due prior to sketch creation. A proof of the sketch will be provided to you via e-mail prior to imposing it on your desired items. I will work with the sketch until it meets your FULL approval!
Q. Can you create a custom sketch to suit the theme of my function?
A. Absolutely! Tell me your idea and I'll gladly sketch something to fit your theme! Because all of my items are created from my original artwork and not clipart, a $15 non-refundable fee will be required prior to beginning the sketch. Once you are completely satisfied with the sketch I have prepared, you may make your full purchase. Personal theme sketches then become the property of Eye Catchers to be used on future Eye Catchers' products. Copying of these custom sketches, or any other Eye Catchers' sketches , is strictly prohibited.
Q. Do you carry other brands of invitations?
A. NO! All of my items are my own creations and based on my original artwork! I am much more than just a graphic artist, I am a sketch artist and take great joy and pride in my work. I will not put my name on any artwork that has not been created by me, unless it is an owner approved logo!
Q. I love the idea of buying my items in a package however I don't need everything you are offering. Can we change it up a bit?
A. I'll do everything I can to customize a package to suit your needs! Packages totaling $100 or more will be shipped free of charge! Please note that this policy has gone into effect on 5/14/07 with the increased postage rate - this offer will replace the 10% discount which had previously been offered.
Q. Can you explain the Keepsake Boxes to me and what they would be used for?
A. Keepsake boxes are a wonderful way to keep momentos of your special day all in one place to cherish for years to come. Keepsake boxes come in a variety of shapes and sizes ranging from 7" all the way up to hat box size! They will be handpainted in colors reflecting your theme and your favorite design will be imposed on the box along with your personalization information (name & date, or name & function, etc.). Q. I love your gift set samples ~ can I customize a gift set with the items I would like inside the keepsake box?
A. Yes, I can custom make any gift set with more or less items. E-mail me for pricing!
Q. Can I purchase a single invitation sample?
A. Since all of my items are fully guaranteed or your money back, if returned within 14 days, I do not offer single invitation samples. I encourage you to read my feedback and perhaps purchase 1 pack of 10 invitations to view. When you receive your invitations and are completely satisfied, you can purchase the remainder you need and if you are not satisfied, simply return your pack of invitations for a full refund minus return shipping.
Q. Do you sell your invitations blank, so that I can fill them in at another time?
A. I understand that you are interested in purchasing my invitations un-personalized and left blank for you to print. Unfortunately, I only offer my items personalized which is my way of ensuring that my original artwork and creations remain uncopied. I will consider leaving the date & time free to be filled in at another time, but I do request that the name of the Guest of Honor be included.
Q. How often do you check your e-mail if I should have a question?
A. Email is checked daily and answered within 12 to 24 hours. Holidays my e-mail is checked and answered at once per day when possible.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. On a case by case basis I will ship to the UK, Australia & Canada. Certain items are excluded from eligibility as they would be too heavy and/or awkward to ship. Eligibility will be determined by Eye Catchers. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST BE APPROVED, BY ME, PRIOR TO MAKING PURCHASE. Please e-mail me for eligibility of item as well as additional shipping/handling charges. I ask that no international orders be placed, until approval is granted. Failure to do so may result in retraction of sale. *All orders shipped internationally can not be tracked or insured once they leave the United States, therefore Eye Catchers can only guarantee delivery to the United States Post Office. Items will be mailed "Global Priority" for 4-6 day delivery.
Q. What does " 'eye catchers' is a security watermark and will not be seen on the printed product" mean?
A. On many of the samples shown throughout my store you will see the words "Eye Catchers" written in white translucent letters. These letters WILL NOT be printed on the product that you receive. They are simply there so that my original artwork/designs cannot be copied.
Q. Do you print a logo on your items?
A. A SMALL LOGO is printed on the BACK of many of my items which include Invitations, Recipe Cards, Reply Cards, Bookmarks, etc.. The logo is NEVER printed on the front of an item nor is it printed anywhere where it would interfere with your personal text. Therefore if you order postcards, which are printed on the front and back, the logo will be omitted. The logo that is printed is similar to any greeting card companies logo marking and is simply indicative of my authorship as artist.
