All orders are shipped within 24 hours after receiving payment in full for the merchandise through PayPal. All items are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Service. In Canada, this can take between 1 - 7 business days to arrive, and between 7 - 12 business days to arrive in the United States. This is NOT a guaranteed delivery service but rather an expected delivery time. All shipments have a tracking number for tracking purposes. This will be provided to the buyer after the item has been shipped. Canadian residents will be required to sign for receipt of the parcel. If the addressed resident is not at home at the time of delivery, Canada Post as well as the United States Postal Service (USPS), will leave you a delivery pick up notice card. This card will allow you to pick up the parcel at your local post office addressed on the card. It is very important you act on this notice, if you get one, within the 10 day window specified, otherwise if unclaimed, the parcel will be returned to me without any further notice to you.
