| A:Any # of books or CDs can be shipped to one US address for $5.95 media mail. Contact us for combined priority rates as they depend on size. We can usually combine multiple items for int'l purchases in one package to save money on shipping. The price depends on the weight of the items, so we need to know the exact items to give you a quote. |
| Q:Can I pick up the item in Riverside? |

| A:You are welcome to come in and pick up items at our warehouse and pay no shipping. We are located at 3901 Carter Ave. in Riverside. Carter is off of Main Street two blocks north of Columbia. We are open for walk-ins from 8:00 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday and 8:30 am to 1:30 pm on Saturdays. |
| Q:What about shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, Guam, US Virgin Islands, or any other non-continental US? |

| A:We can ship to the non-continental US via the post office for the same price as we ship to the continental US. Usually, this is $5.95 media mail or $6.99/$11.95 priority mail. For these locations, we recommend priority mail because media mail may take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery outside the continental US. |

| Q:I livie in the continental US and paid $5.95 for media mail. When can I expect my package? |

| A:We usually ship within 2 business days of payment.If you select media mail, you can expect your package 5-14 days after shipment. The 2-9 day estimate from the post office that eBay puts in its listings is inaccurate (it's never 2 days). Keep in mind that 9 business days for shipment + 2 for handling can be 14 regular days even without holidays. |

| A:Airmail typically takes 7 to 35 days for delivery, usually depending upon the speed that customs works in your home country. Airmail to Western Europe, Japan, and Australia typically takes 1 to 2 weeks. Airmail to Canada typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. Airmail to other places takes anywhere from 7-35 days.
