| Q:International shipping- Where is my package? |

| A:International Shipping $20 and is sent USPS registered mail. Expected delivery is 3-4 weeks but it can take 5-6 weeks depending on your customs office. Express mail is $40. Expected delivery is 7 to 10 business days. If you have not received your package within the allotted time, please call your customs office to check the status of the package. |

| Q:International shipping- Lack of updated information |

| A:USPS registered mail is trackable. However, items being processed though customs offices are not scanned very often. Do not be alarmed if there is a longer period of time between scans. This the package is en-route to you. The package is waiting to be sorted through your customs offices and needs proper authorizaton. |

| A:Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. |

| A:Returns are accepted with 30 days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. When returning an item please fill out out required return slip and mail it back with the item in secure packaging.
