 Q: Can you mark international packages as a gift or indicate a lower insurance value?
  A: International packages are marked as a commercial sample at a nominal value, and are subject to custom/duty fees which are not included in the shipping charge from us.

  A: Unfortunately, Fotodiox can not guarantee the delivery date and time of any shipment, regardless of the shipping service you decide on using: US Postal Service Express Mail International: 3-5 Business Days to reach customs from date of shipment. Delivery dates vary and are not guaranteed because of customs clearance.
 Q: When will upgraded UPS shipments go out?
  A: Orders with upgraded UPS shipping will ship the same day Monday through Friday if they are called in before 1:30 PM Central Standard Time.
 Q: Do I have to pay custom duties or fees?
  A: Yes, custom/duty fees are the buyer’s responsibility and these fees are not included in the shipping charges from us. Please contact your local customs or post office to find what your cost will be.

  A: Our order processing department works Monday-Friday (except holidays). Orders are processed usually within one business day of receiving payment. We strive to process orders as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

 Q: What does the Fotodiox 24th month warranty cover? (part 1)
  A: Our warranty covers the cost of all parts and labor to repair any defects or (replace a defective product at our option) that occurs within the warranty period.
 Q: What does the Fotodiox 24th month warranty cover? (part 2)
  A: This warranty doesn't cover any damage caused to the product including, but not limited to: impact, moisture, liquid, sand, excessive temperature, chemical corrosion, mishandling, operation contrary to operating instructions, tampering, modification, or servicing by an unauthorized repair shop.
 Q: What does the Fotodiox 24th month warranty cover? (part 3)
  A: This warranty does not cover consumable items such as light bulbs, flash tubes, and fuses. The warranty also does not cover the normal wear and tear on a product. This is a non-transferable warranty.
 Q: Does the warranty cover international orders?
  A: Yes, the Fotodiox 24 month warranty does cover international orders.
 Q: What is your return policy? (part 1)
  A: We offer a 14 day return policy for exchanges on defective or damaged items only. Please contact us via email through the eBay messaging system or our customer service phone number, (847-201-4623), if a product was damaged during shipment or if there is an issue with the item(s) you received.
 Q: What is your return policy? (part 2)
  A: Returned /exchanged products must be sent back in its original packaging including all instructions, booklets, etc. A copy of your packing slip or PayPal receipt is required to process your return. We will not process your return if this information is not included. Please include a note stating the issue when returning an item.
 Q: What is your return policy? (part 3)
  A: We do not provide RMA/return shipping labels. If you paid for shipping, the shipping cost is deducted from your refund. Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not reimbursable. If you are exchanging or replacing an item you are required to pay for the shipping cost to have the item shipped to you.
 Q: What methods of payment do you accept
  A: We accept credit card payments, (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). We also accept PayPal payments. At this time we only offer PayPal through eBay checkout. Please call us at 847-201-4623 to pay for your order with a credit card.
 Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
  A: Yes, Illinois requires tax to be paid if an order is shipped within the state of Illinois. No, if we are shipping your order outside the state of Illinois.
 Q: Can I combine multiple orders/items for US Domestic Orders?
  A: Yes, please take advantage of our special deal, purchase multiple items get free shipping offer! For US domestic orders only (within the 48 contiguous states), we offer free shipping for multiple item orders (2 or more form the Fotodiox store) that TOTAL $25 or more. Multiple items must be combined into one order to receive free shipping.

  A: Yes, with most items. Please contact our knowledgeable sales/customer service team, they will be more than happy to assist you in finding what you are looking for.

  A: For US domestic shipping, we offer flat rate shipping for single item orders or orders under $25. The flat rates are $3.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. For US (within the 48 contiguous states) orders that have multiple items totaling $25 or more, we offer free shipping.
 Q: How much will it cost to ship my package internationally?
  A: For International orders we offer $4.00 for the first item and $1.00 each additional item. This is for all qualifying items. Please see the item listing’s description for detailed international shipping cost information.
 Q: Can I pickup my eBay order from Fotodiox instead of having it shipped?
  A: Most eBay orders are not available for store pickup. If you are interested in local pickup, please contact us for pickup approval at 847-201-4623 or email us through Ebay.

 Q: Can I use my own UPS or FedEx shipping account?
  A: No, we do not offer this option.

  A: UPS, USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Express Mail, and First Class/Priority/ & Express Mail International orders take up to 2 business days (Monday-Friday) to process and ship. During holidays, processing and shipping may take longer.

  A: Unfortunately, Fotodiox can not guarantee the delivery date and time of any shipment, regardless of the shipping service you decide on using: UPS Ground: packages can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to be delivered. However, please note Ground shipments are not guaranteed by any specific date.

  A: Our standard shipping is either UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail depending on the items. Upgraded shipping includes UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air; USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail at an additional charge in available areas.
