These body oils are concentrated and are a very economical alternative to pricy designer scents. Buy 3 get 1 free on 5 and 10 ml sizes ONLY. The get free bottles special must be purchased from listings that are not in the specials category. Free item will be same size as items purchased. Please do not buy the free one, just type your choice for the free bottle in the notes section of the paypal payment or send me a message. No need to worry about lost pkgs. If the post office loses your oils order I will send you a new pkg for orders of oils only. If you'd like priority mail so that your pkg will arrive sooner just let me know. International pkgs can now be picked up from me so the post office will have it within about 48 hrs from time of purchase. This is a great improvement from the past when I had to take them in person to the post office. The post office here has just increased rates and it will be less per item if you buy more than one bottle. The way they've set it up now is almost double the previous year rate for one item but adding and additional item only increases the shipping rate by a few cents. Packages weighing 13 ounces or more can't be sent first class mail. For these larger orders priority mail in the USA would be used and insurance included. Email me for a quote if you'd like one before you buy. If you should have any questions regarding shipping, feedback, or products please send me a message. I am very open and any of my many regular customers will tell you that I am honest and look out for your interests.

I understand your concern regarding the whereabouts of your pkg. (International customers the only way for you to have tracking is to request Express Mail, the # shown on your page is only the customs form #. It is NOT a tracking #.) In order to explain it's going to get a bit long but I don't know any way to explain it shorter.

Most sellers use delivery confirmation (DC) numbers for USA packages. USPS is only required to scan those when they deliver the pkg, hence the name 'delivery confirmation'. They were intended for the sender to be able to know the item got delivered not for us to follow the location of our package on its way to us. If you ask the usps 800 phone number, ebay , or paypal, they will confirm what I've said that they're only required to be scanned when they deliver the item. If you would like to read the post office page that confirms this information I can email you the link to the page. There are hardly any pkg that go Express Mail (which has true tracking) but ebay still uses the words 'tracking' which makes us all think we are going to get a detailed trail of where pkgs are on their way to us. Due to many post offices that do not follow USPS policy and scan the dc# in transit we think that they are supposed to be scanned along the way but they are not. The majority of things I mail which are small USPS costs less than UPS for shipping so that is why I use USPS. Maybe it is too much technical programming to differentiate the dc# from Express or UPS tracking for the change to be made on the orders pages we look at. Sometime or other along the way smaller post offices started scanning these DC# in transit but they weren't supposed to . Then other post offices started scanning them too and here we are all under the assumption that they are tracking numbers when they really aren't. It is costing the post office $ for scanning these and many of the pkgs they process are only a couple dollars postage and this is just one thing that is putting them in the red. With all the proposed changes coming with the post office we may not have these available some time in the future unless it is a priority or express pkg. The post office picks up your pkg from me the next business day after you get your shipping email. If there is not any info showing about the dc# that does NOT mean they don't have your pkg. As I've explained they are not supposed to scan that number until they deliver it. They might scan it or they may not but they aren't required to.

The post office does periodic inspections where they xray every pkg with preprinted postage to make sure that the item is not being sent by the wrong mail method. A lot of ebay sellers send their stuff media mail even though it is only allowed for books and cds/dvds. They do it so they can keep most of the shipping charges. So if USPS finds a pkg that is being sent like that they return it to the sender for proper postage and mailing method. There are also people that put a lower weight on the pkg so they can keep more of what they charge you for shipping. When USPS does these inspections they also are weighing them to make sure that the pkg has the correct weight and postage cost on it. So these people mailing things the wrong way causes 2 problems; it slows down the mail and the post office is losing money due to the cheating on the way the item was mailed and for additional man hours needed to do the inspections.

There are also several large cities that have 'sniffing' rooms for the mail to detect explosives and other contraband. If the alarm is triggered when mail is going through this room they have to stop and locate the offending pkg. Yes, one more thing to slow down mail. They do sometimes misroute pkgs (send to the wrong city or state) and whenever that happens they return it to the originating post office to start the journey all over again. That totally makes no sense because it costs more for them to do that than to just send it along its way to the correct destination but that's what they do.

If there are a lot of priority and/ or express pkgs going through the system those items are going to be processed first because those paid more postage and have an expected delivery date sooner than a first class item.

I know that ebay started putting an expected date on the orders page and I don't know where they're coming up with that unless they are going by USPS time frame for first class letters. We have family in PA and in 20 yrs have never got a letter even less than 5 days but ebay has 3 days delivery time. Priority mail should arrive in 3 days but not 1st class.

I know you're anxious to get your pkg but trust me I am one of the most curious and impatient people when I'm waiting for mail or receiving a gift, yes I peek. :) Please don't ever worry when you buy oils from me. If they ever lose a pkg or damage it I send replacements even if it wasn't insured. Again, I'm sorry for the novel but don't know how to explain it any shorter. If I can be of more help let me know.
