 Q: Can I use my credit card?
  A: You sure can! If you are having trouble using ProPay or your PayPal account with your credit card just give us a call at 616-896-8800. Our alternate phone number is 896-0111 (make sure you ask for the e-commerce department!)
 Q: What Payment Methods do you accept?
  A: We prefer PayPal or ProPay, but you may also contact us with your credit card via telephone. If you are nearby and would prefer to pick up your order we can also accept cash! DO NOT send us cash through the mail. Cash is accepted in person only.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Yes! Please contact us after you have completed your shopping, PRIOR to payment to request your items be combined and we will issue you a new invoice.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: We generally ship USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) or UPS Ground (3-5 days) the same or following business day, however additional delays are possible. If you are in a hurry, please contact us via eBay prior to bidding and we would be more than happy to assist you.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: At the bottom of every listing is a calculator used to immediately determine shipping based on your location. Please note that buyers outside of the USA are responsible for any duties/fees imposed by customs upon receipt. We can not estimate these charges.
 Q: Will you send me a tracking number or e-mail me once my order ships?
  A: You will receive an automated e-mail from eBay once your order ships with your tracking information. Please allow up to 7 days for this e-mail to arrive and don't forget to check your SPAM folder prior to contacting us. In most cases the tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of us receiving your payment.
 Q: Will this part fit my bike?
  A: Parts listings should include a paragraph specifying which models/years the part fits. Harley is usually pretty accurate regarding what will fit and what won’t.  Q: What is your reserve?
  A: Unfortunately, we are unable to reveal our reserves. Once an item hits reserve - the listing will change to say that listing has hit its reserve.
 Q: Oh come on, what is your RESERVE?!
  A: Now you don't want us to ruin the auction fun for you, do you? We really are unable to reveal our reserves, but most of our item descriptions note the item's retail. Generally, the reserve is set modestly below original retail.
 Q: I want a large, but only see mediums - can I just order a medium and request a large?
  A: I know you're real excited to make your purchase, but as some items are limited we would hate to sell you something we do not have. If you do not see the item/size you need, please contact us through the eBay messaging system and we would be more than happy to confirm the desired item is available as well as provide ordering instructions.
 Q: Oops! I ordered the wrong item/size/color - what do I do?
  A: Please message us BEFORE paying for your item and we can note the order with any changes. If you purchase and pay for the wrong item it could get shipped before we have a chance to catch it.
 Q: Are these items used/damaged/seconds?
  A: Our products are all sold BRAND NEW in the box/tags on unless noted in the listing as we occasionally sell used Harley Parts. If it says new - it is new. Brand new.
