We aim to please and have done our best to stock up for Christmas and get your items out quickly! Most times your order ships within a couple days of purchase, but it may take a few days too! Contact us first before you buy if delivery time is important to you, allow us the opportunity to give you a more exact ship date.
Selling new items on eBay poses issues different than if we sold used. If we sold used, we would only have one item and could always get it out quickly. However, the majority of what we sell are new products, which poses a few different issues. Some things are made to order and some are personalized which could delay your item momentarily. Sometimes the inventory is simply off and may say one is in stock when it really isn't, and vice versa. This is a common problem in business and we are always trying to update that issue.
Pay attention to the description/details/shipping times stated in the auctions. We ask that you contact us first BEFORE YOU BUY if you have a time-constraint, let us see if we can meet your expectations. We have stock coming and going every day from our warehouse and we try to keep our inventory accurate, but finding an inventory system that works perfectly on eBay is nearly impossible.
When you buy from us it is a contract to purchase, and you are agreeing to our terms stated in the auction regarding shipping times, etc. Please don't punish us with poor "slow shipping" stars during feedback, as this is like punishing us for being honest.
If there will be delays beyond our control and beyond the times stated in the auction, we will always contact you and work things out to your satisfaction. Please, allow us this level of customer service without striking out at us with poor feedback and star ratings. Again, we aim to please!
If ordering internationally, we have been a strong vendor in this arena for 10 years. While the majority of transactions go smooth, there have been occasions when a package gets tied up in US Customs/Foreign Customs for periods of 30 days or more and this is out of our control. Again, please don't strike back at us with poor feedback, etc. Everything is insured and all will be well, but we must work together in unison as a team effort. Please do not fault us or file negative claims with feedback and credit card companies, etc. as this complicates matters even worse nearly tying our hands behind our backs. Simply contact us first beforing striking out. We have much experience in this field and will do all possible to work it out. Again, we aim to please!
