THE HST (PST) TAX IS COLLECTED ON
SHIPMENTS GOING TO AN ONTARIO, CANADA, ADDRESS!

Collection of the HST Tax (PST/GST)
- As a legally licensed and registered Canadian business that is
located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, we are required by law to collect for all shipments going to an address within Ontario, Canada, the Retail Sales Tax (RST/PST);
- Although we collect the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), we are actually
only collecting the Provincial Sales Tax (PST) portion of the HST and not the Goods and Services Tax (GST) portion of the tax. On your invoice, you will be charged only the
percentage tax rate that the Province of Ontario, Canada, requires us to collect;
- we submit the collected tax to the Retail Sales Tax Branch of the
Ministry of Finance, Government of Ontario, Canada; and
- if for some reason the HST tax was not included on your invoice or in
your payment, we will invoice you via PayPal for payment of the unpaid tax monies and when the payment has been received, we will prepare your order to ship.
