Customer will get a partial refund subtracting 15% restocking fee based on the price of the item returned. There is no refund for the shipping fee. Refund will be processed within 7 days after the seller had received the returned item.
In the case that the merchandise being returned is due to seller's shipping mistakes such as wrong size and styles as well as defected item, customer will have a full refund for the order he or she paid.
