Gold Star Custom Cases will ship worldwide unless stated on an item add or auction.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges,duties,taxes and /or brokerage fees.
We will always try to ship by the best possible method in regards to cost, time ,and safe handling of your items.
U.S and International customers please note that Canada post small packet service list's their delivery time as 6-12 days depending on customs. The tracking shown on the order will only state that postage has been paid for ,it will not include real time tracking. Expedited parcel post includes real time tracking and a faster delivery time 4-9 days. PLEASE remember that we ship within 3 business days from receipt of your order payment.Remember to include the handling time with the delivery time to get a more accurate expected delivery time. I know that Small Packet post is slow BUT most times it is aLOT cheaper to use.
Our shipping charges are only for the actual cost of shipping your package.There is no handling fee,or markup of the rates.

If you are not happy with your purchase for ANY reason,such as defective,not what you expected, or you just changed your mind. You can return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange within 7 days from your receipt of the item(s) unused and with the original packaging.(shipping charges for return or exchange are not refundable unless you received the wrong item(s) as an error on our part in packing the shipment)
On special items a no return policy is in effect but it will be clearly stated in the specific item add/or auction.
