- How much is shipping?
All items clearly show shipping costs within the product description. We ship worldwide.
- Do you combine Shipping?
Yes we combine shipping on every order, please see our Payments section for details
- Can we add to orders?
You can provided you haven’t already paid for the original items
- Do you have?
We are often asked for items that are not in our shop. Everything we have is listed and we list/relist approx at least 500 new items a week. We have huge amounts of stock that we are going through and listing. We do not have the facility to check peoples wants list or keep an eye out for individual items.
- Message unanswered on a Friday night why?
We are open normal business hours Monday to Friday and shut for the weekends, with the time difference for non UK residents it may mean waiting until Monday lunchtime when we process messages. Occasionally over the weekend/evenings if time permits we answer some questions but please do not take this as the norm.
- Can we collect orders to save on postage?
Due to Insurance restrictions we are not allowed visitors to our facilities so orders cannot be collected.
