We try to accurately and honestly describe all our products. All items, unless otherwise stated, are NEW with manufacturer’s warranty if any. No returns unless item is defective or damaged. If you find item to be defective or damaged on arrival or within 14 days of receiving please notify me and I will try to correct problem. If problem is unable to be corrected I will promptly exchange with you once item is returned to me. Items must be returned in original packaging with all original papers and in original, new condition. Once item is returned I will promptly inspect item, ship new item and reimburse buyers normal (least expensive) return shipping costs if applicable. If item is not returned in new condition or with all original paperwork/boxes, etc. a nominal re-stocking fee will be charged. ON ITEMS WITH FREE SHIPPING REFUND GIVEN WILL BE AMOUNT PAID MINUS ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS INCURRED TO SHIP ITEM TO YOU. Defective products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product. If a different size of product is needed I will exchange for another size with added costs (shipping, etc.) being buyers responsibility. |
