International Orders: Payments, Shipping, and Returns

As of July 25th we will only ship selected items internationally to Canada. Some items are too large or too prone to damage to be shipped internationally.

International Payments

International Orders must be paid for with paypal or you may phone us to pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card or American Express. All funds must be in US dollars and we can not accept money orders or personal checks for International Orders. You, the buyer, are responsible for all custom and border fees. We are not able to alter the custom documents or to declare your purchase as a gift to avoid custom fees.

International Shipping

We ship out daily using the US Postal Service and UPS for International Orders. Priority International Mail which normally takes 5 to 14 days to arrive or Express International Mail which you should receive in 3 to 8 business days. Due to complaints from buyers on the slow arrival for USPS first class international mail, we are no longer shipping any orders out of the USA via first class mail.

Returns

Returns are not accepted on international orders, however this could change due to your situation. If you have a problem with an order, please email us and we will work with you on and order to order basis. Shipping can not be refunded on any accepted international returns.

Customs

As stated above: You, the buyer, are responsible for all custom and border fees. We are not able to alter the custom documents or to declare your purchase as a gift to avoid custom fees.
