Shipping Information:
We ship daily via UPS and USPS. We will get your order out as soon as possible. Often orders are shipped the same day as payment is received, if not, it's shipped on the next business day.
Weekend Orders placed between 5pm(ET) on Friday and 10pm(ET) Saturday will ship out on Monday. Weekend Orders placed after 10pm (ET)on Saturday or on Sunday may not ship out until Tuesday, depending on the numbers of orders we receive over the weekend.
If your order is shipped UPS or USPS priority mail, you should receive an email from the selected carrier showing shipment information and tracking number.
Orders shipped via USPS priority mail or parcel post are limited to delivery confirmation. The only information you will see with your confirmation number is the date your label was created and when your order is delivered.
UPS shipments are fully traceable and you can see every stop your items makes. UPS shipments are also insured up to $100.00 automatically.
USPS first class mail is also available as an alternative shipping method on many items. While 1st class mail can be less expensive, please allow up to 15 mailing days to receive your order. Sometimes first class mail parcels can be SLOW.
We will combine as much of the shipping charges as possible. Shipping is based on the weight of your order and the size box it is packaged in (very large boxes and items that can not be shipped in a box are subject to an oversize or additional shipping charge by most carriers). We try to save you as much on shipping as possible and we do not profit on shipping charges. Please be advised that as of 07/01/11, eBay will begin charging sellers fees on shipping costs that unfortunately we will have to pass on to buyers.
General Information:
All parts for sale unless otherwise stated are new replacement tractor parts. Manufacturer's names and OEM part numbers are given for reference purposes only.
Right Hand/Left Hand - Right hand/Left hand is determined as you are sitting on the tractor.
Warranty:
Parts are covered by warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase. If product is defective or damaged, buyer will receive a full refund or a replacement. Our liability is limited to the replacement of the defective part or refund of the purchase price. This warranty does not cover diagnostic, installation labor and/or final paint finish. No replacement is given if broken by customer. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury, or damage, direct or consequential, rising from the use of, installation, or the failure of the product.
Merchandise Returns:
Please inspect parts upon arrival. Any merchandise which is NOT defective or damaged may be returned within 14 days for exchange or refund and may be subjected to a 15% restocking charge.
All returned merchandise must include:
1. Copy of invoice/packing slip
2. Return Authorization
All Merchandise Returns must be made with transportation charges prepaid. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
*Electrical Parts Policy:
We do not accept returns for exchange or refund on electrical parts. If part is defective upon arrival please contact us.
Damage Shipments & Shortages:
In the event of damage or shortage to any shipment, please call us at 803-428-3460. Please save all original packaging!
