We hope that you are happy with everything you ordered; however we do
understand sometimes things are not quite right. Please read and
follow the Return Policy guidelines below, also found on the back of
your packing slip included with your shipment
Returns are accepted
when received back in our warehouse within 45 days of the date of
receipt for a refund. Returns will be credited to your original form
of payment less the original shipping costs incurred to send the item
to you, even if shipping was originally included in the price.
Special Orders / Personalized items are not eligible for return. These
items will be noted as non-returnable on the product detail page.
To receive credit, items MUST be returned in the original
manufacturer's condition. If items are returned missing tags,
packaging, UPC codes or altered a restocking fee of up to 70% may be
assessed depending on the condition.
* We cannot accept
returns of: items that have been used.
* We cannot accept returns of: Custom Orders, personalized items,
partially used or opened items that are not resalable.
* Shipping charges are NOT refunded in cases of returned or refused
/ unclaimed items. Depending on the carrier used, refused items may
incur shipping charges both ways to be deducted from the refund
Please make sure that
you provide a valid shipping address for USPS shipments. Items
returned by carriers as invalid / unknown / refused will be refunded
less the shipping costs we incurred to ship the item to you.

How long will it take to get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date it was
received back in our office.
