About Purchase  
Q: What are the dimensions in inch?
A: 2.54 cm = 1 inch. For example, 40cm equal 15.74in. Many thanks for your understanding if there is any inconvenience.

Q: Do you offer the make-to-order service?
A: Yes. If you like some item special and want unique measurement or design, you are welcome to message us. We could follow your instruction and manufacture the furniture as the sample pictures. Or if you don't have picture in hand, please describe it to us, we will find items similar for you to choose. To be simple, Contact us and easy to be an owner of typical Chinese handcraft furniture.

About Payment  
Q: How to combine payments for different items in one time?
A: If the items are priced with the same currency, you could combine payments easily under the direction of ebay. However if the items are listed on different ebay sites and priced with different currency, it is impossible to combine payment and you have to pay for them one by one.


About Delivery  

Q: How soon you will dispatch the merchandise?
A: Usually items will be dispatched within 3 business days after receiving payment.

Q: How much the duty or customs for import merchandise cost?
A: Usually CIQ carry selective examination on bulk parcels of post system. Customs could be charge just when the goods are valued higher than the standard. Q: If the item is damaged or lost in delivery...
A: Usually our shipping fee includes insurance fee and the parcel is full insured when we arrange delivery. However the loss or damage compensation from post system is only for the lost or damaged parcel which addressee does not sign for. So, if thepacking is damaged or imprinted when you receive the parcel, you should please request checking the goods before signing, or refuse to sign for it  and message us ASAP. If you or your family have signed for the damaged parcel, in principle any compensation is impossible from post system.
