| Shipping:
Buyer pays shipping. We base shipping on actual cost. Calculated or flat rate which ever is least expensive. Insurance is required on all items. All shipping charges are estimates. If the shipping cost is over amount paid buyer is to reimburse seller or the item will not be shipped.
We ship 1-3 days after cleared payment.
Freight 5-7 days. Please be aware shipping costs are going up and we as sellers have no control over charges. We do not make money on shipping ! We pack our items very carefully with bubble wrap, extra durable boxes, filler paper and more bubble wrap.
You can throw the box and the item will not break !
Returns:
We accept returns, buyer pays return shipping. Money is refunded after I receive item back in same condition. You must notify me within 7 days of receipt.
Shipping insurance:
In some cases there is breakage in shipping if this happens please notify me ASAP.
Please take pictures of box, wrapping and broken item. Please contact me through E Bay's email In some cases I will need you to ship the item back to me at my expense. Please do not throw the item away until you receive your refund.
We will file the claim with post office and after we receive approval we will refund you in full. Sometimes this may take a few weeks.
Payment:
Payment is due 48 hours after purchase!
We accept Pay Pal, Visa, Master card, Discover.
If there is a problem paying within the 48 hours please contact me and we can make arrangement.
