There have been occurances where shipments are LOST and/or UNDELIVERED via postal services to countries outside Canada and the USA. We CANNOT ship with complete confidence to foreign and/or international addresses. We recommend purchasing additional insurance to protect against this type of loss.
INFORMATION REGARDING... SMALL PACKET DELIVERY (AIR or SURFACE/Ground or Boat)... LATE DELIVERY - NON DELIVERY: We are not responsible for late or undelivered packages. Once your package leaves our premises, delivery is in the hands of the postal carrier.
If you do not receive your package within Canada Post's estimated time of arrival... please contact us.
According to Canada Post, there is a general, two month (International) or 45-day (USA) wait for non-receipt of product. After the two month or 45-day wait, Canada Post will launch an investigation, whereby the purchaser's nearest postal station will be contacted regarding non delivery. Canada Post will then contact us as to whether package was actually delivered or not. If found NOT delivered, purchaser will either receive a full refund or complete item replacement, sent without cost to the purchaser.
In the case of a replacement or refund issued by us, for a claimed undelivered package... and whereby found by Canada Post to have actually been delivered... the purchaser is LIABLE to REPAY us the full amount of their replaced or refunded item.
Negative Feedback left by persons CLAIMING a refund (reimbursement) for late or undelivered parcels is unwarranted and against feedback POLICY.
International shipments sent via SURFACE (Boat) may take much longer than anticipated, especially during holiday or peak seasons! Delays may also occur at your country's Customs Offices. Shipping via SURFACE/BOAT is the slowest shipping method. Your item may STILL be in TRANSIT! PLEASE BE PATIENT!
INSURANCE INFORMATION: All shipments are Insured up to C$100.00. In the case of a lost/or damaged product WITHOUT the additional insurance coverage (item cost of over C$100.00)... Canada Post will NOT refund us on shipments deemed to be lost or damaaged that have a value of over C$100.00, and that are WITHOUT the additional insurance coverage. Any amount over the C$100.00 insured value, the DIFFERENCE is NOT refunded, neither by Canada Post, nor us. So it is very important - and we highly recommend to insure your purchases if over C$100.00!
