All sales as is and final.  If order is lost, the package is insured and we will file a claim for you.  For damages, please keep original boxes and packaging materials until claim with insurance company is settled.

International buyers, delays in transit or at customs are beyond our control.  First Class Mail can take up to 45 days to arrive to your country.
