Why are your shipping costs so high? We add $3 labor fees plus all service fees to every auction we run on Ebay because we must be paid for our time and cost of the auction . Postage and all related service fees are also included in each auction. Please do not purchase a lot of our small items and then expect a huge shipping discount because we still have to pay these costs. We will pass on the postage savings to you(Approximately $1.25 savings per additional item. If you want to purchase a lot of our lures for low shipping costs please consider one of our Large Wholesale Groups.
Why is your international shipping Rates higher than Domestic Rates? Shipping WorldWide is a real challenge. We have a much higher cost related to our international shipment as a result of Customs documentation, Customer Communications, lost packages and delivery delays.
Where is my package? If you live outside of the US please allow up to 30 days for your package to arrive. With the recent terrorist mail bomb scare all out international shipments have slowed dramatically.
Do you Combined Ship? Yes, however we only pass on the postage savings. We still need to pay for our Labor and auction costs that are built into out Handling Fees.
Will you mark my package as a gift to save me Duty Fees? NO! Please do not ask! We have to fill out customs form 2976 for all international packages. We are not able to file false customs documents for our shipments
