| A:All sales are final. We do not accept returns. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Since all of our ebay listing will soon require immediate PayPal payment. As a result, combine shipping will not be available. However, we will try to look for a solution so that customers whom purchase multiple items can save on shipping. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Most orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Tracking will be provided and estimate delivery time will be provided by shipping company. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:At the bottom of every listing, shipping quote will be shown. If item is available internationally, S/H to other countries will also be shown. Some items will have S/H quote based upon buyer's location. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:At this time, we ship to Canada and USA. We are now working on accepting overseas orders. |
| Q:Can I buy shipping insurance? |

| A:Shipping insurance is already included in our S/H quote. For the security of our customers, we always/only ship your order insured. |
| Q:Can you ship items to a third party address? |

| A:No, due to PayPal/ebay policy, as well as the effort in protecting every customers, we can only ship item to the buyer's registered PayPal/ebay address. |
| Q:Can I use PayPal? |

| A:We accept PayPal. For PayPal, users must have "Confirmed Address". Unconfirmed address payment will be rejected immediately. No Exception. |
| Q:Can I buy/pay via other payment methods? |

| A:Yes, other than PayPal, we also accept CertaPay(online email money transfer), HyperWallet, Moneybookers.com, and Canadapost's money order/bank draft/money order. |
| Q:How to buy/pay with other payment methods? |

| A:Since our listings now require "immediate payment", you will need to contact us first if other payment is preferred. Once we receive your email, we will setup a special listing for you so you can buy/pay with other payment methods available. |
