Q: Do you offer shipping discounts within Australia?
A: No. There will be no shipping discount because we offer FREE SHIPPING.

Q: Who do you send your items with?
A: We use Australian Air Express locally for Rods, Australia Post locally for All other Tackle. Internationally we use Australia Post
in conjunction with Qantas.

Q: Do you send items internationally?
A: Yes, we ship 2 section rods, reels and tackle internationally. We are currently unable to ship 1 section rods.

Q: I have purchased an item from your store. When do I need to pay by?
A: All purchases must be completed and payment made within 5 days.

Q: Do you accept pickups?
A: Unfortunately we cannot accept pickups.

Q: What are your fishing tackle equivalent to?
A: Our tackle is all designed here in Australia, tested in the most appropriate environment by our Pro Anglers, before being manufactured
in our contract manufacturing centres in China. We strive to provide a product aimed at competing with
Daiwa and Shimano middle to upper range quality items. If a Daiwa / Shimano product retails for $200 in a shop, our product with the same
features and build quality will sell for $79.

Q: How do I complete my order and checkout?
A: When you have completed your purchases/or have won items from our auctions, you will receive a 'Winning Buyer Notification Email'. You will have up to 3 days to consolidate multiple purchases onto one invoice and then be able to
checkout for the total amount.
