RETURNS & REFUNDS

All our curtain and bedding items are BRAND NEW... from a smoke-free and animal free environment! 

PLEASE NOTE: Used lawn mower & chain saw parts are now found in our store courtesy of my husband and sons. These items are being sold as used parts... to help restore the items you already own. If you see one of these items as a pick up only... than it's usually too bulky / difficult / expensive to ship.

Due to the fact that most of our items are bedding and linen items, personal use items... we have a "All Sales Final" - NO RETURN policy.  If we've sent you the wrong item(s) than what we listed in the sales description, we will gladly get the correct items on their way to you.

We wish all our customers to be happy... but we cannot take back used bedding, linen items, custom work items, etc... and possibly expose someone else's loved ones to animal products and smoke, etc. from returned items. 

ALL SALES FINAL - unless we've sent you the wrong item(s) than those we listed in the sales description.  Those items must be in exact condition as sent... unused & unopened packaging.

 

OPEN PKGs CAREFULLY

When your bedding arrives - please take care opening. Don't use a sharp knife... as you will cut through the comforter or other bedding items.  Tell your children that if the package arrives... to not open the package.

We mark all our bedding shipments with EASY TO READ warnings - DO NOT OPEN WITH SHARP ITEMS - DOING SO MAY DAMAGE BEDDING. 

Bedding items cannot be replaced at seller's expense... nor can sellers be expected to file frauduent claims with the shipping company when bedding is improperly opened. It is up to the buyer to open his package with patience and care.

Question:
I like all the pretty prints you offer. Problem is... I don't get paid until next week. Can I do a 'buy it now' and pay on my payday?

Answer:
Yes, I'm easy to work with. Just be sure to email me that you are sending payment later (date helps)... so that I'll update the sales info.

Question:
I need eight valances.  Do you offer combined shipping and handling?

Answer:
Yes, we do combine ship.  On valances, the first custom sewn valance is usually $2.99 s/h... then 99 cents each additional valance afterwards.  Shipping Internationally is higher (Canada is usually $1 more for the first)  See individual item page for s/h.

Question:

I've just bought curtains from you. When will my curtains ship?

Answer:
Our curtains are sewn to order.  That means that I'll begin the process of creating your curtains upon cleared payment.  Even though sewing your curtains may only take 1 to 2 hours (according to items ordered)... I do have several curtain orders ahead of you.  Sometimes I run short of fabric and have to make a run to the fabric store(s) for needed items.  Though these are mostly slight delays, most curtains are on their way to you in 3-6 days.  Larger orders may take longer as they require more time to sew... plus sometimes extra bolts of fabric which I have to pick up at the fabric shop.

Buyer:
I'd like to buy a set of curtains from you.  Do you ship to Germany (United Kingdom, Italy, etc)?

Answer:
Yes, we SHIP WORLDWIDE!   We welcome you as a customer!   If you'd like to know the shipping costs of shipping items out of the United States... just email me.  I'd be happy to send you the s/h quotes on the items you're interested in purchasing.   We do ship mainly First Class International Mail if under 4 pounds... but Priority International is available... but cost more. 

 

Question:
Are your curtains lined?

Answer:
Most of our listings have the unlined curtains listed.   We do offer two types of drapery lining.   We have the basic cotton drapery lining and the white blackout drapery lining that can be sewn into your curtains at additional costs.  Email if you have any questions.

Question:
I like your valances... however my I'd need a 3" rod pocket.  Can I purchase the valances with a 3" rod pocket?

Answer:
Yes, just put a note with your Paypal payment... that you'd like a 3" rod pocket sewn.  I'd be happy to sew the wider rod pocket for you at no extra charge.   Just be sure to let me know upon purchase... so that the rod pockets will be correct when they get to you.

Question:

I'm interested in buying a few valances.  Do you also sew the matching long curtain panels?

Answer:
In most prints, I can sew the matching long panels.   As long as the fabric is available, I'd be happy to sew matching drapes.  On a few of our fabric prints, there is NOT enough fabric.

Buyer:
I'm happy with the curtains I've purchased from you.  Do you sew any other items that will go with my curtains? 

Answer:
Yes, I do sew matching items in most of the prints listed.  Due to the fabric availability... most items are not listed until a customer asks if I'll sew the item(s) for them.  I do sew the rod pocket style drapes, valances, toss pillows, table scarves, bed skirts, pillow shams, pillowcases, shower curtains, etc.  Just ask and I'll create a sales page if I'm able to do the work you request.

Buyer:
My daughter has a playhouse with small windows. (example:  camper curtains, etc) If I send you the size curtains we'd like... can you sew them? 

Answer:
Yes, I'd be happy to sew curtains in the size you'd like.   Just send me the approx. width and length of your window(s)... and the finished length you'd like your curtains.  I can send you the quotes and create a sales page for your purchase.
