We appreciate your business and we want you to be 100% satisfied with our merchandise. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order you can return it to us within 30 days.
Please save the invoice received with your package, as this is your receipt. You must include this invoice with the return package for identification purposes.
Return items must be unworn, unwashed - free of perfume, pet hair, odor, etc. Any items returned in any condition other than their original sent condition may be charged a 20% cleaning/restocking fee. Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the original order date. Any returns received after the initial 30 days will either be returned to the customer or be accepted with a 30% late return fee.
Please check your order when delivered. Claims for damaged or missing garments from your invoice/packing slip must be made within 48 hours after delivery. Claims should be made via email. Claims for garments damaged or ordered but not shipped made after 48 hours will not be honored.
You will not be credited for shipping charges paid on the original order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
We strongly suggest that you insure and purchase tracking information for your return package. We are not liable for items lost during shipment.
Returns and exchanges can take approximately 2 weeks for processing. We appreciate your patience.
