Exhanges- items that are exhanged are not subject to a restock and may be exhanged for any product of equal value.
Returns for refund-All returns must be in the original package in "new" condition. Any item shiped back to us damaged or scratched in installation will not be accepted.
Damaged in shipping- When a package is recieved damaged, the carrier needs to be notified asap. We will file the claim with the carrier and send out another one.
