SHIPPING & HANDLING
Buyer pays all shipping and handling fees. All items are professionally packaged and shipped fully insured. The flat rate shipping and handling fee listed is for UPS ground shipping to the continental United States (insurance is included in the shipping and handling fee). Additional shipping cost will apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico and P.O. Boxes (please email for quote).
International customers will also be responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage or other fees.
SALES TAX INFORMATION
7.5% Sales Tax will be added to the total amount for all purchases delivered to Ohio.
CUSTOMER SERVICE / RETURNS

We do not offer a trial period and used items do not have a warranty but we do guarantee your item to arrive in working condition as described in the auction description. If you receive an item from us that is not working properly it must be reported to us via email within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly work with you to have the item repaired or accept it as a return.
DAMAGED ITEMS / CLAIMS
We will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the Courier if an item arrives damaged. However you MUST notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package and MUST keep the original box and packaging intact. We will file a claim with the Courier for either the declared value or the repair cost. We will not issue a refund until the Courier has settled and paid the claim. |
