What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us. We guarantee the accuracy of our descriptions, or your money back. We will also arrange a merchandise credit or refund (less shipping), should you wish to process a return for any other reason. Items must be shipped back to us in the same condition as received.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes, we are always happy to combine shipping! For clients in Canada and the USA. We offer radically REDUCED shipping on combined orders totally $200.00 USD or more, and FREE shipping on multiple purchases of 6 or more neckties. This offer does not apply to single item purchases, unless stated otherwise. Special arrangements on shipping apply only to items paid through one invoice.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
As a general rule, we are able to ship the same business day that payment is received. There is no mail service in Canada on the weekend so items for which payment is received after 2:00 p.m. Atlantic time on Friday will be shipped early Monday morning. Shipping time often depends upon US Customs, but usually delivery to the USA takes 1-2 weeks.
How much is your Shipping and Handling Charge?
We do not have a mark-up on shipping. Unfortunately, Canada Post shipping rates are much higher than those offered by USPS. We charge actual shipping, plus $1.00 to cover packing and shipping related costs. We try to compensate for Canada's shipping rates by further discounting our products and by shipping within 24 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. All overseas orders are shipped by airmail only, if payment is made through PayPal. Our overseas shipments normally take 1-2 weeks for delivery, but on occasion my take somewhat longer.
What are your methods of shipping?
Within Canada all items are shipped by expedited parcel, with the exception of low valued items that can be shipped within the standards of domestic lettermail (not more than 3/4" thick).
To the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) items valued at more than $30.00 will also be shipped by expedited parcel. Items with a value of less than $30.00 will normally be shipped by airmail.
Do I need a confirmed PayPal address to purchase from Labels and Luxuries?
It is preferred that you have a confirmed PayPal address, if paying through PayPal. At this time, addresses are reviewed before we accept payment. For items totally more than $100.00 a confirmed address is required. To be safe, contact us first for clarification.
