cases, we will need for you to send us pictures for proof.
Please
do not open a paypal dispute right away, because when you open a dispute, our
money for that transaction will get hold by Paypal. Honestly, who likes their
money to be held? No one, and we do not like it either.
If
you open a dispute right away, we will automatically update such dispute to
claim, and ignore all your future emails.
Please,
we are trying hard to solve any problem you have with your purchase, and by
opening a dispute on Paypal,
you are
not helping yourself and make it harder for us to help you.
Before returning any product to us, please read
our guidelines:
1.
Always read the condition of the item, for example:
Functional Condition of the specific item in this auction:
 Open
Box - Like New - Not
Refurbished
Working
order - See additional notes (if there is any below)
<--- when we say "Working order" = product is tested fully functional.
Brand New:
Unit has been inspected, and its condition is Brand New. Original buyer bought
the product, decided that they did not want the item, they returned it right
away. For example: gifts, original buyer was given the unit as a gift to
him/her, but they had better or couldn't find any use of the item, they returned
it. No Scratches, No Scuffs.
Like New:
Unit has been inspected, and its condition is Like New, most of the time, the
original buyer opened it, right after they decided that they did not want to
keep it, and then return it to the major retailer. In many cases, Like New unit
still have their original items and packing intact, might show very minor light
handling.
Open Box:
Generally new unit, might have been used as a display in the store, might have
no box, might have no original packaging.
Used Minor:
Original customer opened it, they tested it for a while, decided they did not
want the item, returned it to the major retailer. Might show minor scratches and
light handling.
Used Major:
Original customer opened it, they tested it for a while, decided they did not
want the item, returned it to the major retailer. Shows further use of the item,
scratches, blemishes, and scuffs due to normal use everyday time.
As-Is:
Many As - Is unit is working as intended, but they show further use of the item,
some unit might have the iPod dock not working / loose for example. Some of them
are not working at all, and can only be used as parts.
2. Always check the
“Items Included” section in the auction.
If we do NOT list them as included, then they are NOT
included.

3. Most of the time we have pictures
in our auctions to show what the product looks like.
Most pictures are representative of
that product in the auction, not necessarily the same exact product in the
auction.
30-Days Return Policy
- Return
for refund within: 30 days after product arrived at buyer’s location.
- Return
for replacement within: 30 days after product arrived at buyer’s location.
- All
products must be returned in its original condition, complete with any
accessories included.
- We have
the right to reject damaged products due to neglect, abuse or misuse.
- We have
the right to reject returns if accessories that were included are missing.
- We have
the right to reject returns if the buyer simply did not understand the way our
auction works and did not read what are important in the auction, such as: the
condition of the item, and the “Items Included” section.
All defective / non-working products must be reported to
Leonity Affaire at eb_mike1@yahoo.com
within 30 days after buyer receives the product for this policy to apply.

Open Box Return Policy and Warranty Information
- 30-Days
Return Policy as stated above applies.
- Extended warranty can be purchased from Squaretrade.com. Note: we are not
affiliated with Squaretrade.com, buyer must contact them directly for further
information.
- Buyer
must always refer to “Items Included” section in the auction, if any
accessories (such as manual, original box, remote, etc) are not listed under
“Items Included”, then they are not included. Leonity Affaire will not send
the buyer the missing accessory if it is not included in the auction.
Most of
the time, we give our buyer full refunds on products that are not as advertised
in the auctions. However, there are different circumstances, see below.
When
the buyer returns the products to Leonity Affaire, this following restocking fee
applies:
- IF
accessories are not returned: 15% restocking fee
- IF
problem reported on the product is invalid / product working as it should when
returned: 15% restocking fee
- IF
products show abuse: 20% restocking fee / we have the right to reject returns.
- IF
products + accessories are returned completely with no signs of abuse: 0%
restocking fee.
Leonity Affaire reserve
the rights to cancel the orders of
errors on its site and not honor the pricing errors.
