INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I ship airmail First Class and Priority mail, I have sent many items out of the US without problems or loss, sometimes things do get held up in customs which is beyond my control. I wait 30 days, if the parcel has not arrived after that time, I will work out details to reship. All duty, taxes, tariffs, etc. charged by a country outside the USA are the buyers responsibility. Each country has different rules about such matters. We try our best to transport in the least expensive way possible – if the total purchases are over $150.00US – I require Priority mail for tracking purposes. Many of our little bears come in clear plastic/Plexiglas display cases. These cases can be removed to reduce shipping. |
