All Items are bought straight from the Canadian MAC factory warehouse in Ontario. Please note that products from the factory are not all made in Canada, but are sold to Canadian and American stores.

Buyers have the choice of buying insurance for an additional price. Which will depend on international, U.S & Canada, which is listed below.
International shipping: Light packages are from $ 4.50 - 5.50 No insurance not responsible for the item if lost. If you would like to buy insurance it will be a small package from $ 7.50 and up depending on the item and the size. But it will cover the item. If you will like to buy insurance with tracking number for international please email me, to find out with your postal the cost.(the cost depends on where you are located)
U.S & Canada Shipping: Light packages are from $ 3.50 - 5.50 No insurance not responsible for the item if lost. If you would like to buy insurance it will be a small package from $ 6.50 and up depending on the item and the size. But it will cover the item. If you will like to buy insurance with tracking number for U.S it starts from $ 12.50 and up for Canada it is $ 7.50 and up. Please note: To West of Canada; B.C, Vancouver etc.. Will start from $ 10.00 and up depending on the item size. Please email me, to find out with your postal the cost.(the cost depends on where you are located)
I do combine shipping for mulitple items depending on the size and weight.
For Packages with Insurance, IF LOST OR STOLEN it will take 45 days to report to Canada Post for invegation then to see if the was lost or stolen, to be refunded. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND BEFORE THOSE 45 DAYS. (This is the Canada post RULES NOT mine.)
There is no TRACKING number for any item unless you pay extra for a tracking number. See above for pricing or Contact me for the Extra Tracking number.
International tracking number cost more than U.S and Canada, if you would like to have tracking number for international please contact me for the pricing.
If the package gets lost or damaged and is NOT insured, I am not held responsible.
International shipments are sent AIRMAIL method only. For international the rules apply the same.
I will Combine Shipping for mulitple items depending on the weight and size of the items and where you are located. Please email with your information and we can see the pricing for combine shipping.

It is my policy to accept returned merchandise only in the event that it was the wrong merchandise I will pay for the shipping of the returned item. This is an extremely rare circumstance.
If you feel that there is a problem with your item, please contact me within THREE days of receipt of the package, and we will work together to resolve the situation.
