How long will it take to get a pair of skis to the East Coast? We generally ship new skis the day after we receive notification of your payment. Travel time through UPS ground service is 7 to 10 days to the East Coast. Used skis will generally ship the next day too. However, it may take up to three days to process the skis through our tune shop during the peak season from November 15 through January 31. If you need expedited delivery please contact us prior to making your purchase to see if we can meet your delivery date.
I purchased a product and have not received a tracking number. When will I receive this number? The tracking number is sent to the email address you provided to eBay by UPS the evening your package is pick-up from our warehouse. New products are generally shipped the day after we receive notification of your payment. Purchases made Friday after 12:00 pm through Sunday evening will be shipped on Monday. Used skis and snowboards may take up to three business days to ship due to the necessary preparation in our tune shop. Please, check your junk email folder before calling us for your tracking number.
What size boots come with the used snowboard packages? You need to let us know the boot size when you make your payment. Our staff will pick the boots based on your size choice and a binding that will work with both your boot and board choices. We have boots sizes from Youth 1 up to Men's 13.
How come you cannot ship my product by the Postal Service to my international destination at a cheaper rate? Many of our products such as skis, snowboards, snowboard packages, wakeboards, wake surf boards etc. are too large to be handled by the U.S.P.S. Many of these restrictions are imposed by your country's postal service. Please, contact us for a shipping quote before bidding on any large product.
Can you combine shipping if I purchase multiple products at the same time? Yes, in many instances we can reduce the cost of shipping if you purchase multiple items at the same time and have them shipped to the same address. However, some items such as skis cannot be combined with purchases such as ski boots. Also, there will not be any savings when combining a small ski with a large ski. The box sizes would be more expensive than sending two separate packages.
I don't have a PayPal account. Can I pay for my purchase by credit card? Yes, we accept, American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.
How do I obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number? Simply click the Ask a question link at the bottom of your listing or call us direct at 1-509-663-5255 Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Can you set the DIN on my skis before you ship them to me? Unfortunately, no, this is a safety issue. We highly recommend that you take your skis to a licensed ski technician to have the DIN sent and the bindings sized to your boots.
My skis or snowboard has a thick wax on the base. Are they ready for me to ski on? No. We apply a storage wax to the bases of the skis and snowboards to protect them during transportation. Simply scrap the wax with a hard plastic edge (such as an ice scraper) until the bases are smooth. This only takes a few minutes to accomplish. Do not allow someone to tell you the skis need to be waxed again.
