A reference number will be provided for Canada Post USA and International Small Packet™ services, but this number is for internal claims purposes only. If you wish to have a tracking number/more than $100.00 insurance please request a new invoice to upgrade shipping to Expedited USA/Xpresspost USA/International Surface Parcel/Xpresspost International, additional shipping costs will apply.

** International Parcel Surface will take anywhere from 4-8 weeks or longer. Tracking updates are very slow and usually do not show additional movement once items are shipped until they reach the destination country and pass through customs.
Your purchase of in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped out within 1 business day once payment has being received via. Canada Post from time payment is received , not including standard business holidays, weekends, and when store vacation settings are active.
Lost Packages
Please contact us via. eBay or call Customer Service toll free at 1-877-315-0349 if you have not received your item(s) in a timely manner. All lost packages must be investigated by Canada Post before a refund is issued. Refunds for lost packages will including the value of the item(s) ordered and shipping costs.
Claims for USA and International Small Packets Air can not be filed until 45 days after the date of delivery, 75 days for USA Small Packets Surface and 8 weeks for International Surface Parcels. Once Canada Post has started the investigation it can take 60-90 days before they have determined the package was lost. We will not provide a refund until the investigation is completed by Canada Post. Refunds are not issued because a buyer says the item was not received. We have no control over shipping times after the item is shipped. A reference number will be provided once a claim is filed upon request.
