For US or International zone 2 countries, your shipping will be upgraded to Priority or Express Mail for free if the total amount of your order is above USD250.00. For International zone 1 countries, the shipment will be upgraded to express when it is above USD200.00. For international zone 3 countries, it will be upgraded when the amount is above USD500.00 However, it is not available for PO Boxes, APO, FPO or other military addresses.
Besides, Extended Area Surcharge maybe applied (by UPS/FedEx) for some less populated or accessible international areas.

The pre-order items will be shipped to you once it is released. Therefore, if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will be shipped on the day when the pre-order items become available. We have to ship your order to the address on the invoice that has to be the same as your paypal address. If you change your mailing address after the package is shipped, or if the package is undeliverable and returned to us, a reshipment fee for your package will be applied. Shipping to US can take as long as 3 weeks, 4 weeks for International zone 1 and zone 2 countries and even up to 8 weeks for International zone 3 countries due to custom clearance. Please check the estimated time needed for your order to be delivered at our Shipping section. You can report a lost shipment if you have not received your order after the required delivery time is overdue.
Any address with 3 lost shipments reported will be considered as a “bad address”. In order to make sure the packages are delivered correctly, all “bad address” orders must be shipped by Express Mail. If you happen to encounter lost shipment frequently, please double check your postal address with your local post office or provide us with another mailing address if possible to ensure you receive your order.

Yes. If you are buying more than 1 item from us, you can save your shipping costs by combined shipping. We will send the invoice to you to combine shipping in 48 hours for all buy it now items you have purchased (or in 7 days if you have won any auction items). However, combined shipping is only offered for items paid in the same transaction. Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine any additional purchases/ auctions.
Depending on the cards you are ordering, for most of the cards, we should be able to email the codes to you before mailing. Pleaselet us know if you would like to receive the codes in advance through email.
