1. How long does it take to receive my purchase?
For shipping via USPS Priority: Please allow 1-3 business days for handling time. Allow an additional 2-4 business days for the package to be delivered within US or 6-10 days for the package to be delivered to International destinations. Please note that delivery time for International buyers also depends on how quickly the package is processed through customs. All international shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
For shipping via USPS Express: Please allow up to 1 business days for handling time. Allow an additional 1-2 business days (depending on shipping address) for the package to be delivered within US or 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered to International destinations. Please note that delivery time for International buyers also depends on how quickly the package is processed through customs. For all purchases with Express Shipping: PLEASE SEND A MESSAGE BEFORE PURCHASING THE ITEM TO CONFIRM EXPRESS SHIPPING and include a note with your Paypal Payment as a quick reminder that the package is going express.
2. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been completed?
We are unfortunately unable to ship to any address other than the shipping address provided with your Paypal payment. If you would like your items to be delivered to another address we will need to cancel your order and place a new order.
3. What packaging will my order be shipped in?
Most orders are delivered in USPS Priority or USPS Express boxes. Larger items are packed in brown cardboard boxes. We pack every single purchase in boxes to prevent any damage in transit.
4. Do you charge International Duty & Taxes?
Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tarrifs and taxes will vary and will be determined by your local government.
5. How do I track my order?
To track your order please go to www.usps.com. An email notification with tracking information is sent to you as soon as the package is sent out. Some larger packages are sent via UPS ground, please go to www.ups.com to track your package.
6. What if I want to purchase more than one item?
Per Paypal / Ebay policies every Paypal transaction must have individual tracking number, therefore if you want to purchase more than one item but want to receive combined shipping please contact me before using Buy It Now. In order for me to offer you combined shipping I would have to create a Lot Auction for you with the items that you are interested in, you would then purchase the Lot and pay for all your items with one Paypal Payment.
7. Do you charge Sales Tax?
Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped to New York. No sales tax is charge on purchases shipped to any other state.
8. How Do I Know that the products you sell are authentic?
Malvinas-luxuries is a power seller specializing in high end designer items with over 10 years of experience in Ebay Sales. We have an established network of sales people all around the country that assist us in sourcing our merchandise which is purchased either from high end department stores, authorized distributors, or directly from designer boutiques. Every single item we sell is 100% Authentic.
9. How do I know what size to purchase?
Sizing varies widely by designer and even within one designer name. All products are sold by the international sizing used by the designer. Please always ask for measurements BEFORE purchasing the item. Compare your measurements to the measurements included in the auction. For the best fit, wear little or no clothing while measuring, and use a fabric tape measure.
10. Will I get the item shown in the photo?
Please note that whenever we have more than one size available in any style of clothing or footwear we only take photos of one size to save on time. When you place your order you will get an identical item in the size that is advertised in the auction.
11. Are the colors accurate?
Please note that color rendering may vary from screen to screen depending on your monitor settings. The colors you see on your screen may look different in reality, therefore if color is an important part of your purchasing decision please make sure to contact us before placing your purchase.
12. Do you have a retail location?
Unfortunately we do not have a retail location at this time, all of our sales are conducted strictly online. |
