My item isn't working correctly.
- If you have a question, please let us know about it. If it is deeply technical, we may suggest also contacting the factory. If it is within our return policy, please contact us.
My item arrived damaged OR it fell apart 2 days after I got it. Am I out of luck?
- Of course not! Check out all those claims at the top of this page, they mean something! Please contact us. Unless is 2 AM, we will respond FAST with a solution. We want you to be happy with us, nothing less.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
- Good question.. the short answer is FAST. The long answer depends where you live. USA? No problem, it takes about 1-2 business days to ship out and then about 2-3 business days to arrive. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- International?
A bit longer. We will ship in about 1 business day, but First Class
takes 10-14 days to arrive. Priority Mail & Express Mail are much
faster options, but far more expensive.
I am just not happy. There is nothing you can do to make me happy?
