Payment
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover card as payments. You can call 636-946-2816 to make direct payment with credit card. We are open Monday to Saturday 9:30 to 9:00 cst and Sunday 12:00 to 4:30 cst. Make Paypal payments to orders@hobby1.com.
International buyers must use PayPal for payment.

Orders over $250.00 that are paid for using PayPal will need to be signed for when received.

Shipping and Processing
We do combine shipping for all multiple item orders that are paid for together. Each additional item for all domestic orders ships for free. eBay will automatically adjust the shipping when you proceed to checkout. If the shipping does not come up correct, please contact us and we will adjust it for you. Items paid for seperately do not qualify for the combined shipping cost and will not be refunded.

International orders also qualify for multiple item shipping discount when paid for together. Ineternational shipping is based on weight and size of the items ordered. We will offer all shipping options for the order that are available. We can also ship using FedEx and FedEx International Mail Service for many orders. For quotes, please contact us with your postal code and we will be happy to get a quote if available. If the shipping does not come up correct, please contact us and we will adjust it for you. Items paid for seperately do not qualify for the combined shipping cost and will not be refunded.

Large orders shipped to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, APO and military addresses, Puerto Rico, and other US Territories may be shipped through Parcel Post. If Priority Mail shipping is available, it will be listed as a shipping option.

US, Puerto Rico, and other US territories are shipped to using US Postal Service (First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Express Mail) or FedEx. US Postal Service does not guarantee a shipping time for their services. Please allow up to 30 days for the item to arrive.

Mark Twain Hobby reserves the right to have packages signed for upon delivery. The customer also has the right to request a signature upon delivery. We can not demand that a shipper leave the package at the location without obtaining a signature.

Packages shipped internationally are done using International International First Class Mail, International Priority Mail, International Express Mail, and FedEx Express International Service. Packages shipped through International First Class Mail can take up to 45 days to arrive. Please allow that time period for them to arrive.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Mark Twain Hobby Center reserves the right to ship an item through a shipping service other than what is chosen by the customer.

APO and Military Addresses
We do ship to APO and military addresses folliwing the same shipping discounts as domestic orders. Some items are restricted by the US Postal Service and can not be shipped to these addresses. See item descriptions for restrictions on the items.

Large orders shipped to APO and military addresses may be shipped through Parcel Post. If Priority Mail shipping is available, it will be listed as a shipping option.

Returns

Unopened Merchandise
We do accept returns on any new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of receipt. Customers need to contact Mark Twain Hobby for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Any item that has been opened or returned after the 30 day period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee or returned to the customer. Any item that is shipped with a "Free Shipping" promotion can be returned for a refund less original shipping cost and fees. The customer is responsible for cost of shipping for returned items. We will not accept any packages sent back as COD or bill to Mark Twain Hobby. Send items to:

Defective Merchandise
Defective do fall under the manufacturers warranty. Most manufacturers require that defective items are handled directly with them and not through the store you purchased from. We will assist you with any problem that you may have and will work to get it corrected for you. Please contact us through eBay Messages or at 636-946-2816 for assistance.

Damaged Merchandise
Items that arrive damaged do to shipping are covered under our shipping insurance. If the package comes to the door damaged, you can refuse the package from the shipping company and it will be returned to us for a replacement. Once the package has been opened, you will need to contact us so that we can file a claim. Please include a description of the damage on the item and package. Once a claim has been accepted, we will be able to send out a replacement for the damaged item.

Refused
Any packaged that is refused by a customer due to taxes and duties charged by their country will receive a refund less original shipping, return shipping costs and fees, and a 15% restocking fee.

Domestic packages can be refused and returned back to. A refund less original shipping and associated fees will be processed for the customer.

In the event of typographical errors on our site or in our publications, Mark Twain Hobby reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
