About Detailed Seller Ratings (DSRs)
DSRs (Detailed Seller Ratings) can be completed by the buyer at the same time as feedback. My lowest DSR is 4.7. If a buyer leaves a 4 or lower rating, in any of the four DSR categories, it has a negative effect on my detailed seller rating score. Since 4 is lower than my average, it lowers my average.
Since I strive for excellent customer service, I feel that most, if not all, of my transactions deserve 5 stars in each category. If you are planning to leave me less than 5 stars in any category, please contact me. I would like an opportunity to change your mind and, if your complaint is legitimate, I will offer you something to make it up to you.
Please consider the following when completing the Detailed Seller Ratings:
- Item as described
- The star values for item description are:
- 1 star: Very inaccurate
- 2 star: Inaccurate
- 3 star: Neither inaccurate nor accurate
- 4 star: Accurate
- 5 star: Very accurate
- I try to describe each item as accurately as I can.
- I show a picture of each item I sell.
- I do not use stock photos.
- I will take additional pictures and send them to you, if requested.
- I am human and do make mistakes. It is never intentional but sometimes I do rush or get distracted and sometimes items are damaged while sitting on the shelf. I fix the ad as soon as I catch the mistake.
- Before shipping each item, I verify the description is accurate. Although it is rare, if it is different, I contact the buyer. I give them a chance to cancel the transaction and/or give accept a discount.
- I guarantee the description and offer a refund, if the buyer does not agree with the description.
- Communication
- Shipping time
- Shipping and handling charges
