Do you combine shipping?
Yes, for all my listings :) If you received an invoice for your purchase and you need to add other products, I will send you a new combined invoice when you will be ready.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes :) We ship in all countries desserved by Canada Post.
How much is the Handling Charge?
Handling charges are between $1.00 to $1.50, depending of the package required for your purchases. the handling charge is included in your flat or calculated shipping cost.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
It will depend of the delivery option you will choose during checkout step and your shipping country. Major cities are desserved faster than rural areas. You can find all information about shipping delays in our product's detail pages. If you need a service that is not offered on your invoice, just let us know and we will send you a new invoice.
Can you offer a lower shipping cost?
For USA and international buyers, the shipping cost is calculated directly from Canada Post web site rates. Sometimes the calculated amount is too high and if this is the case, I will refund you the difference. For canadian buyers, this is a flat rate and the same apply.
Can I pay you with a Money Order?
eBay is not accepting Money Order as a valid payment method anymore, so the only way to pay your items is with Paypal. This new eBay policy is active since June 15th.
I am not able to combine shipping myself?
Sometimes it happens, the reason why is some products needs different delivery options. If you buy more than one product and you can't checkout by yourself, please send me an invoice request.
Do you have a store newsletter?
You can subscribe to our newsletter, but it is not ready yet. We plan to send one newsletter each season (4 per year).
