Payment Information
~Payments must be made within 7 days after first auction closing please notify within 3 days how and payment should be expected
~Payments through Paypal are Preferred but I also accept Money Orders, and Cashiers Cheques. Money Orders and Cashiers Cheques must be negotionable in Canada or they will be immediately sent back to you
~Money Orders and Cashiers Cheques are subject to a 10 day hold for Bank Clearance.
~Your items will be mailed within 2 days of payments cleared.
~Unpaid Items over 7 days will recieve a personal email from me first to give you a chance to pay before reporting them to Ebay if I don't hear from you within a few days I will send you an unpaid item notice through Ebay and then if issue is not resolved in 7 days you will be given an unpaid item strike and you will be blocked from future business with Mom's Scrapbook Stop

~ I Always Combine Shipping when Possible to comply with Canada Post current Rates Please Request a Total before paying for multipal items
~ I Ship Same Day or Next Business Day after Payment is Recieved
~ Business Days are Monday through Friday excluding Holidays
~ Shipping is with Canada Post unless Buyer Requests another Postal Service
~ Shipping in Canada is Approximately 7-12 Business Days
~ Shipping in the United States is Approximately 7-12 Business Days please condsider delays with Customes and Duties
~ We charge Canada Post Rates and sometimes a Minimal handling fee
~ Items are packaged safe an properlly marked to make sure your item arrives saftley
~ Seller is NOT responsible for Lost or Damaged Items these problems are rare but they are the responsibility of the Postal Carrier we will however help if these problems happen
~ For legal reason when shipping outside of Canada we can NOT mark your item as "Gift" or "Sample" we will not lie on our custom forms

~If I don't deserve POSITIVE feedback and 5 Stars on each catagory of the Detailed Seller Ratings then please email me before leaving feedback so we can resolve any issue before hand
~If you leave Neautral or Negative Feedback before contacting me I have no idea of any problems I cannot fix it
~By leaving Sellers Neautral or Negative Feedback and anything less then 5 Star Ratings effects the sellers ablility to be searched on Ebay we want to maintain excellent service and easy to find products for all of our valued customers
~I have Excellent Feedback so Buy with Confidence any bad feedback I have recieved in the past is from people who admitted they did NOT read the listing they said that the Brand Name of the items was not in the listing when in fact it was and they were unable to remove their feedback due to Ebay's feedback policies at the time
Inventory
~Inventory is ALWAYS changing, I try to keep up with the newest items but always try and restock favorites
~I will absolutely do custome orders and do my absolute best to find items that you want and I don't currently stock

Online Hours
~I am online on and off all day long starting at 7:00 am to 10:00 pm PST and will answer emails within 12 hours or Sooner
~I am a mom and some days we are in and out but I am always checking emails to ensure prompt service
Returns
~Returns are always welcomed as long as items are shipped back in the Exact same condition they were sent out in they must be factory sealed
~Shipping Charges, Customes and Duty Fees are the Responsibility of the Buyer these charges will not be refunded
~Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged items this is the responsibility of the Postal Carrier Insurance is always optional and recommended
~Please make sure your address is up to date in your Ebay Profile because when you have an address change and it gets mailed back to me it will cost a lot more for me to send your item out again I cannot cover these charges
