Return Policy On Buy Now Transactions:
1. We accept returns with a full refund except for delivery charges on all buy now transactions no questions asked, no hassles (within 7 days of receiving the product).
2. If the item is defective we will replace it at no cost to you, including all freight charges to you and back.
3. If you buy the wrong size NHL Jacket only we will exchange it for the right size if it is in stock, you pay the freight to return it to us, we pay 50% of the freight to ship you a new size.

Return Policy On Auction & Best Offer Transactions:
1. All Sales Are Final On All Auctions & Best Offer Transactions.
2. We guarantee the product to be free of defects when delivered.
3. If a product is received and it is defective we will replace it with the same item and size.
4. If the same item is no longer available we will issue a full refund including the delivery charge to you. (Please see returning product instructions below).
5. Once we receive the product back, refunds are processed usually within 12 - 24 hours.
Product Inspection:
1. We physically inspect everything before we pack it for shipping.
2. So when you receive your product and it looks like it has been opened or the seal is broken it's because we actually checked it to make sure it is alright.
3. We only sell new products on the web, if it looks like it's been opened, it has we have inspected the merchandise before shipping it.
4. If we do have something Used to sell it will be clearly marked at the top of the listing that the product is used, otherwise everything we sell is new 1st rate products.
5. If it's new and it's a 2nd rate product it will also be clearly marked at the top of the listing that the product is 2nds, otherwise once again everything we sell is 1st rate products.
Returning Product Instructions:
1. If shipping from outside of Canada, please describe contents as "Canadian Goods Being Returned".
2. Returning merchandise from the U.S. must travel exclusively by USPS (United States Postal Service).
3. Do not attempt to ship by any "ground service" provided by UPS or FEDEX.
4. Such shipments would be subject to duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees.
5. Returning packages subject to brokerage or duty will be refused and you will not get a refund/credit.
6. We do not accept Collect Shipments, All Returns must be prepaid.
What Can't Be Returned:
1. Clothing that has been laundered.
2. Collector figurines that have been opened.
3. Grinders that have been used.
4. Product that does not have the original packaging.
5. Music CDs & DVDs that have been opened can only be exchanged for the exact same title no exceptions.
6. No refunds on opened CDs &/or DVDs.
Damaged Packages:
1. Please make sure that you sign for the package as damaged, this makes it much easier for us to make a claim at our &/or your end.
2. We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but sometimes accidents happen between our warehouse and your address. If your package is damaged in any way, call 613-432-7010 or immediately after you receive it and tell us about it.
3. Do not return the package without first contacting us first, and hang on to all the packaging.
4. Our customer service department staff will give you the necessary instructions for its return and prompt replacement.
Return Shipping Costs:
1. Return shipping costs will be refunded for those items determined to have a manufactured defect or caused by a verifiable error in the processing and/or handling of your order.
2. Any such refund will not exceed the amount charged by Moviemat for the original shipment of the item.
3. All other requests for exchange will be subject to our minimum shipping and handling charge.
Returning Items Info Required:
1. Please include a short note on the back of the packing slip/invoice that was included with your order (it makes it a lot easier to figure what you are returning and who you are).
2. A brief description of how you wish your return to be resolved helps to speed up the process in resolving your return.
3. A daytime phone number is always appreciated.
4. If you have lost you packing slip/invoice please provide a short note with your eBay ID and Transaction number this would greatly speed up the return process and eliminate any incorrect refunds.
Returning Product Requirements:
1. Returning merchandise must be new and in re-stock able condition and include any factory packaging and hang tag literature.
2. Re-wrap merchandise carefully and remember to display your name, eBay Id & address prominently on the package exterior.
3. We strongly recommend you purchase shipping insurance when returning your products in the event they get lost, until we receive the product back we can not refund any amount of the purchase price.
4. Moviemat will not be responsible for any returning shipment that is lost or damaged in transit.
5. Any such claim should be directed to the carrier that was entrusted with the return of your package, this is why we strongly recommend shipping insurance.
