| Shipping: |
| 1. We have provided shipping costs in all our listing this is what it is going to cost maximum for shipping, we have started to convert our listing over to Calculated Shipping using the eBay and Canada Post system. All items will have either a fixed price or Calculated Shipping. |
| 2. If the actual shipping cost is less by more than $3.00 we will issue you a PayPal refund within 24 hours of shipping your product to you. |
| 3. We do not make money on shipping costs, just cover what it actually costs to get the product to you. |
| 4. If you don't see your country listed in the shipping costs please email us for a shipping quote, we will ship to any country PayPal offers service to. |
| 5. We will be more than happy to review your order and send you an e-mail with shipping charges and expected delivery times for the shipping methods available. |
| 6. Most eBay transactions are shipped within
24-96 hours of receiving payment, except for weekends, Mondays and Holidays. |
| 7. We Ship Via Canada Post (Mail), we are unable to ship by FedEx or UPS Courier they don't pick up at our location. |
| 8. We only ship Tuesday to Friday, there are no exceptions. |
| 9. All Music CDs and DVDs are shipped by Canada Post Letter mail unless they are being combined with our other products from your eBay listings. |
| 10. Music CDs & DVDs use a flat rate shipping cost or the price includes delivery on the eBay site depending on where you are in the world will determine what it will cost you to get your CD or DVD. |
| 11. There are other sellers that offer shipping costs less than ours, but the difference is we ship everything with insurance and sometimes tracking. The reason is PayPal/eBay offers absolutely no protection against fraud charge backs if we do not have Insurance and sometimes Tracking. |
| 12. We have to buy a box &/or shipping containers to ship your item in which costs anywhere from $0.50 to as much as $3.00, we have to pay someone to pack it well so it doesn't get smashed or broken this all costs money which is included in our shipping cost to you. |
| 13. Sometimes our shipping costs seem high this is because sometimes the items get cubed by the post office or by the courier company even thought the package doesn't weight much you have to pay more. Cubing is when they take the dimensions of the package and apply their weight formula per cubic inch, the rational is it takes up so much space and they go by weight for shipping rates. When this happens we usually can combine a lot of items into your shipment (Packed Inside) at no additional charge. |

| 4. If you don't get your product and the shipping company trace shows no delivery you will get a 100% refund within 24-72 hours of discovering it's lost. |
| 5. We handle all claims for lost items, you do not get involved with the insurance claim process with the delivery company. |
| 6. If you do not receive your Music CDs or DVDs within 75 days we will refund your complete purchase of the Music CDs &/or DVDs plus the delivery charge. |

Customs & Duty: |
| 1. Your order may be subject to customs and duties (taxes) which are payable, by you, upon receipt of the order. |
| 2. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges nor are we able to estimate what they would be as they vary from country to country. You may want to check with your local Customs Department for more information or for an estimate of these charges |
| Out Of Stock Items: |
| 1. All the products we list on eBay are also available in our store, and because of this sometimes you might place an order for an item that has just been stolen from our physical store, yes shoplifters are every where. Our computer says we have it but the loser thief that was in our store earlier that stole it didn't bother to let us know so we didn't know our stock in our computer was wrong. |
| 2. If by chance this happens you will be notified via email that after confirming stock to ship your order that the item is out of stock because it was now discovered to be stolen. |
| 3. You can wait for new product to arrive or get a complete refund of your transaction, all you have to do is let us know either my replying to the email or calling us 613-432-7010. |
| 4. If we are unable to get more of the item you have purchased you will get an automatic PayPal Refund and Positive Feedback of course from us. |
