Q How long will it take to receive my purchase?
A. Domestic: 2 to 7 business days for Expedited Post, and 1 to 2 days for Xpresspost.
- US shipping arrival times will generally take between 3 and 12 business days depending on the shipping service.
- For a delivery estimate, go back to view item and change your location under the shipping and payments tab.
Q. Where do you ship from?
A. All items are shipped from London, Ontario, Canada. We not drop ship from other countries.
Q. Do you offer international shipping?
A. Yes, we ship worldwide. Due to restrictions and shipping limitations, Mundial Treasures will not ship orders to the following countries: Arab Emirates, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Turkey and Zaire.
Q How much does it cost to ship to my country or area?
A. For a shipping estimate to your location see the shipping and payment details tab for the specific item. If you are unable to get a shipping quote after entering your location please contact us for a shipping quote.
Q. Will I be able to track my order after it has been shipped?
A. A tracking number will be provided only if you choose a shipping method that has a tracking number. The following shipping services have tracking: Xpresspost USA & International, Expedited Parcel - USA, Tracked Packets USA & International and International Parcel - Air (Small Packets USA & International do not come with tracking)
Q Do you offer combined item shipping discounts?
A. Yes,shipping discounts will be calculated based on the combined weight and size of all items. Please do not pay for multiple purchases until you have received the revised invoice. Your invoice will be revised within 24 hours of the end of an auction or after committing to purchase an item.
Q How do I pay for my purchase?
A. We accept PayPal payments only. PayPal is a safe and easy way to pay for any item. You only need a bank account and/ or a credit card.
Q Do you accept other methods of payment?
A. As a precautionary measure we do not accept MoneyGram, Western Union, email money transfers or any other unsecured methods of payment.
Q What is your return policy? (Please refer to Return Policy Tab)
A. Since all items are brand new (unless otherwise stated) opened items are not returnable unless your product is defective or damaged. If the same item is not available, Mundial Treasures will issue a refund back to the account used to place the order. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt. The buyer must confirm that they are shipping the item back within 7 days after receiving purchase. Return shipping is to be paid for by the buyer.
