| Payment methods |

- We only ship to PayPal "Confirmed" addresses. Please make sure your address is listed as "Confirmed" prior to submitting a payment.
- International buyers are limited to $650 per transaction for PayPal purchases. Please see INTERNATIONAL for more information.

- All Florida residents please include 6.5% sales tax.
- Resale certificates will be accepted only for businesses categorized as jewelry or gift businesses. Please fax valid Resale Certificates to 561-488-3586.

| Auction Policies |

- All items are guaranteed 100% to be as described.
- Payment must be received within seven days.
- Items ship within five business days after payment has cleared.
- Buy from us with confidence! Items may be returned with "no questions asked" within seven days for a full refund minus our shipping cost.

- We ship via Federal Express or United Sates Postal Service with insurance and tracking.

| Important Information for our International Customers |
|
We appreciate the business of all of our customers. However, there are certain considerations that may apply to international transactions which we would like to clarify.
- International buyers are limited to $650 per transaction for PayPal purchases(Please email us if you are uncertain). Please contact us for other payment options.
- We ONLY ship internationally via United States Postal Service Global Express Mail or Federal Express.
- International delivery may take up to two weeks with a minimum charge of $35. Please contact us with issues regarding insuring and shipping jewelry to international destinations.
- The United States Postal Service will only insure items up to $650 when shipped to Europe. Items with a value of more than $650 will be shipped via Federal Express and will incur an additional fee for insurance.
- Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what, if any, additional costs will be incurred prior to bidding or buying.
- Customs fees are normally collected by the shipping company when the item is picked up. These fees are not additional shipping charges
