We have provided charts below to clarify the standard we use to grade our items.
NWT~ New with tags, never washed or worn; no flaws
NWOT~ New without tags, never washed or worn; no flaws
LIKE NEW/MINT~ Appears new, no signs of wear; washed and possibly worn; no flaws
EXCELLENT~ Previously worn, with only very slight wash wear; no flaws
VERY GOOD~ Previously worn with moderate wash wear/fade, but no visible flaws
GOOD~ Previously worn with minor visible flaw(s), and/or significant wash wear/fade
FAIR~ Previously worn with significant visible flaw(s), and/or heavy wash wear/fade
POOR~ Not wearable, has severe flaws/damage, but with desirable use-able element(s)
* Flaws might include spots, stains, holes, tears, fabric irregularities, or problems with buttons, zippers, snaps, etc... Please see listing descriptions for specific condition details.
Vintage Clothing Chart:
*PRISTINE: Looks like it was just bought today, but is a vintage style.
*MODERATELY WORN: Has some vintage wear to it, but is worth collecting for its vintage value. May have a missing button or a little wear. It will usually be a hard to find item and so therefore we felt that someone would want it for that value.
*VERY GOOD: Previously worn with noted minor flaws not noticeable for wear.
* GOOD: Minor flaws as noted. Wearable. Minor repairs required.
* FAIR: Numerous noted flaws, possibly wearable after care or repair.
* POOR: Damage which cannot be repaired. Pieces on the garment could be used for something else. Vintage Collectibles Condition Chart:
No nick, chips, crazing or cracks, but please consider the age of these pieces
Condition Status is highlighted.
*PRISTINE Looks like it was just bought today, but is a vintage style.
*EXCELLENT Has some vintage wear to it, but is worth collecting for its vintage value. Sometimes these minor wear issues could be overlooked, but not intentionally. We really do try to keep only the best condition items. It could be a hard to find item and so therefore we felt that someone would want it for that value.
*VERY GOOD Noted flaws and will be described in description when we detect them.
*GOOD Minor flaws as noted. Minor repairs required.
*FAIR Numerous noted flaws, possibly usable after care or repair. Could be used for other purposes where the flaws will not make a difference. |
