Wow, what terrific service. First, I had an issue with shipping which was NOT the seller's fault - USPS, as usual. The seller responded to my concern right away and communicated with me again after for resolution of the issue. I received the package and was pleasantly surprised that the seller made the extra effort to package the USED book like it was a NEW book. They could have gotten away with not taking the extra time to protect the book more than it needed (at least for me). WELL-DONE!
