~We offer combined S&H for items purchased within a 4 day span and ALL paid together with one invoice.
~If you are not purchasing more than one item in a 4 day span, we would appreciate payment within 3 days.
~We accept PayPal. If you would like to use a different payment method, please contact us before making a purchase so we can confirm an alternative.
~We ship to your confirmed address showing in your PayPal payment.
~We do combine S&H when purchasing a sign print and a name magnet. Please contact us for a S&H quote.
E-CHECK E-CHEQUE PAYPAL PAYMENTS:
~When you initiate an e-check payment through PayPal, we have not actually received payment.
~PayPal will advise us when the e-check payment has cleared, and then your item will be shipped.
~While you may see the payment clear your bank account, the clearance process by PayPal does take longer.
~USA e-checks can take 5-10 days to clear.
~CANADIAN e-cheques can take 8-13 days to clear.
~You can check your own PayPal account at any time to see the status of your e-check payment.
~We do not ship until PayPal advises us to do so.
RETURNS:
~Since our items are personalized, we do not offer refunds.
~If there is an error made by us, we will certainly send a replacement
~If there is an error made by the buyer, they would be responsible to pay for a new one plus shipping again |
