Shipping and handling information:

~All shipping is from Ontario Canada
~USA S&H: First name magnet - $1.96USD
                                     : Additional name magnets - $0.42USD each

~CANADA S&H: First name magnet - $1.66USD
                                     : Additional name magnets - $0.42USD each


~If purchasing 14 or more name magnets at one time, please ask us for a deeper discount S&H quote

Printed and Shipped information:
~As soon as we receive your PayPal payment and the complete details you want to appear on your name magnet, we process your order.
~If you have confirmed the exact variation letter and name needed, it is printed in 2-12 hours
~Printing is delayed if we do not have the complete details so please make sure you include that in your PayPal payment or in a separate message
~Once printed, your name magnet will be on its way.  We always ship in less than 24 hours.
~We mark your item shipped and then send a detailed message. This detailed message will arrive in your eBay message box no later than 72 hours after your name magnet has been already shipped.

Name Magnet Arrival:
~USA customers: Items coming from Canada certainly take longer than within the USA, especially if they get delayed for inspection at Customs. Generally though, name magnets take 6-8 business days to arrive.
~CANADIAN customers: The further you are from Ontario, the longer it will take to arrive.  Arrival times can range from 2-13 days.
~When we send you our post-sale detailed message, we try to give you an estimate of arrival.  Please bear in mind that Canada Post can be inconsistent so our estimate could be off by a few days.

~Search for the character, STYLE, or theme from the CATEGORY list on the left below, or type in the search box
~Browse the character/theme variations you are interested in
~Select the one you like the best

~Decide on which style number and which corresponding variation letter you prefer
~Bid or Buy
~Send PayPal payment or await an invoice

Very Important:
These are samples only. You will need to let us know which variation letter you want of the samples shown, and let us know the name you want for the magnet.

You can either include that in your Paypal payment (remember to click save on your message) or you can send us a separate message.


~Name Magnets are 7 inches long x 1.5 inches wide
~Premium magnets run through a printing press

~They are flat and flexible with direct printing. There is no paper and glue involved.
